Synopsis
Set in the diverse and authentic streets of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, a spirited teen’s path to finding herself amid her cautious single mother’s watchful eye. Follow Ali as she rebels and discovers her musical talent through piano lessons with her wise mentor, Miss Liza Jane, and kindles a romance with street drummer Knuck. Conflicts rise with personal conflicts involving her absentee father, Davis. Through successes and struggles, Ali learns to accept her identity, her roots, and the neighborhood that shapes her.
